My research group currently focuses on (i) the identification of novel therapeutic candidates for human pathogens responsible for causing infectious diseases, (ii) functional analysis of uncharacterized proteins, and (iii) identification and characterization of microRNAs in plants, especially in economically important plants. To address these problems, we use a combination of in silico approaches such as genomics, proteomics and interactome analysis.
